We've had technical problems

You may have noticed DesignBay has had some technical problems in the last 5 days. On Sunday 18th January our server experienced a problem and our system was dramatically affected. Customer logins stopped working and many of the brief pages were temporarily damaged and, unfortunately, some data has been permanently damaged. , We're sorry for this downtime and any frustration and confusion this has caused.

The good news is ....

We've had technical problems

The DesignBay website is fully functional again. , We've been working hard to correct the issues and have fixed most of the problems. Only one customer has cancelled their project (so don't submit for this car care logo design contest). , We've offered most other customers some cash back to encourage them to continue with their projects and buy some of your great designs!

Note that some problems remain and you may find the following:
  • Your profile pic is no longer there
  • Your 'About me' description has been partially deleted
  • Your messages and feedback have been partially deleted
  • Your submitted quotes have

We're sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.  However, the following are thankfully intact:
  • All your designs and portfolios
  • Your logins
  • Most project briefs

You may consider, resubmitting quotes if you had important conditions and checking your profiles to see if you need to resubmit your profile pic and/or about blurb.

We have fixed the issue that occured this problem and have improved our backup mechanisms.
