Here's how you create a basic 'Hire me' widget:
1) Visit the create widget page
2) Select 'Performance stats' (even if you have no statistics)
2) Uncheck 'Show your submission stats' and 'Show your ranking'
3) Click the 'Preview Your Widget' button
